ARTICULO 81. Retiro por inasistencia al servicio por más de cinco (5) días sin causa justificada. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional serán retirados en cualquier tiempo del servicio activo, por inasistencia al servicio sin causa justificada por más de cinco (5) días consecutivos o cuando acumulen igual tiempo en un lapso de treinta (30) días calendario, sin perjuicio de la acción penal correspondiente.
