Art. 3.° El bando i los carteles de que trata el artículo anterior noticiarán al vecindario, al mismo tiempo que de la instalacion de la Comision agraria, del acto lejislativo o ejecutivo que haya hecho la respectiva concesion de tierras, de todas las disposiciones aplicables de la lei 14 de 1870, a cuyo efecto se incluirán en el bando los carteles espresados, i de quedar abierto por seis meses el termino dentro del cual ha de formarse la lista de pobladores de que trata el artículo 4.° de la referida lei 14 de 1870. Copia del bando autenticada por el Presidente de la Comision agraria, será remitida a la Oficina de Estadística por la misma Comision, junto con el oficio en que dé parte de la instalacion.
