Insinuación de donaciones . La sentencia que insinúe una donación quedará condicionada al pago del respectivo impuesto, para lo cual se ordenará en ella el avalúo de los bienes en la forma prevista para las sucesiones, con intervención del síndico, a quien se citará personalmente. La objeción al dictamen se decidirá por auto apelable. En firme el avalúo se remitirá el expediente a dicho funcionario, para la liquidación del impuesto. SECCION QUINTA. ARBITRAMENTO TÍTULO XXXIII.
