Art. 10. Los alumnos i los jóvenes de la clase preparatoria, no pensionados por el Gobierno, satisfarán por trimestres adelantados, la cuota mensual de ciento veinte reales, con la cual serán mantenidos por el Colejio i provistos de uniforme, libros, instrumentos i útiles de enseñanza, de la misma manera que los pensionados por el Tesoro nacional.
