Exclusión del Impuesto sobre las Ventas y eliminación del impuesto en favor de Coldeportes. Están excluidos del impuesto sobre las ventas los cigarrillos de fabricación nacional y los de procedencia extranjera que se importen al territorio nacional. Así mismo, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto eliminase el impuesto establecido por la Ley 30 de 1971 a favor de Coldeportes.
