Cuando una persona pretenda demandar o tema que se le demande, podrá pedir, por una sola vez, que su presunta contraparte conteste el interrogatorio que le formule sobre hechos que han de ser materia del proceso. En la solicitud se indicará suscintamente lo que se pretenda probar.
