ARTÍCULO 7. Administración y Recaudo del impuesto solidario por el COVID 19. La administración y recaudo del impuesto solidario por el COVID 19 estará a cargo de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales - DIAN. El impuesto solidario por el COVID 19 se recaudará mediante el mecanismo de la retención en la fuente y será trasladado al Fondo de Mitigación de Emergencias - FOME al que se refiere el Decreto Legislativo 444 de 2020.
