A. El que con motivo o con ocasión de un evento deportivo, antes, durante o después de él, impida o entorpezca el normal funcionamiento de los medios de transporte, previa comprobación de la conducta y dependiendo de la gravedad de la misma, incurrirá en multa de uno (1) a cinco (5) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes. Si la perturbación ocurriere antes del evento, el miembro de la Policía Nacional que se halle en el lugar, previa comprobación del hecho impedirá que el responsable ingrese al espectáculo deportivo.
