El acto administrativo de declaratoria de “predio improductivo” de que trata el artículo 72 de la presente ley será causal suficiente para que las administraciones municipales incrementen la tasa impositiva predial respectiva al predio cuya calidad de improductivo ha sido definida en instancia administrativa.
