ARTICULO 526 . Concesión . La rehabilitación de derechos y funciones públicas la concederá el juez de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad, previa solicitud del condenado de acuerdo con las normas del presente capítulo y dentro de los plazos determinados por el artículo 92 del Código Penal. La providencia que concede la rehabilitación será publicada en la Gaceta Oficial del respectivo Departamento.
