º La sanción de recuperación de frecuencias sólo podrá ser impuesta cuando el medio de comunicación, después de haber sido sancionado con suspensión o multa, incurra en una nueva infracción. En este caso los plazos establecidos en el artículo anterior se triplicarán y los recursos se interpondrán en el efecto suspensivo.
