El Acuerdo número 1 de 1963 (enero 30), del Consejo Intendencial de Arauca, sobre reglamento para el funcionamiento interno del Consejo, quedará así: "ACUERDO NUMERO 1 DE 1963 (Enero 30) Por el cual se dicta el reglamento para el funcionamiento interno del Consejo El Consejo Intendencial de Arauca, en uso de sus facultades legales y en desarrollo a lo dispuesto en el artículo 15 del Decreto reglamentario número 3272 de 1962, ACUERDA: TITULO PRIMERO De la Junta Preparatoria.
