º . Transitorio. En desarrollo de las funciones previstas en el artículo 7º del presente decreto, referentes al seguimiento, evaluación de resultados y verificación del cumplimiento de requisitos, dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, las autoridades de control deberán realizar informe de diagnóstico y estado de avance respecto a las obligaciones establecidas, en los artículos 4º y 5º del presente decreto.
