No se harán ningún pago de los acreedores mientras no este ejecutoriada la sentencia de reconocimiento y graduación de créditos. Una vez ejecutoriada la sentencia y aún antes de la realización total de los activos, el síndico, procederá a pagar a los acreedores con el dinero disponible, conforme a la graduación.
