Ley 142 de 1938 · por la cual se autoriza al Gobierno para lanzar una emisión de bonos destinada a dar cumplimiento a la Ley 7a de 1938.

Facúltase al Gobierno para contratar con el Banco de la República el servicio de pago de intereses y de amortización de la citada emisión.

Facúltase igualmente al Banco de la República para que compre los mencionados bonos con un descuento inicial no mayor del diez por ciento (10%)
