amends ley 1437/11 amends ley 1437/11

Modifíquese la parte final del numeral 4 del artículo 247 de la Ley 1437 de 2010, la cual quedará así:

"Vencido el término que tienen las partes para alegar, se surtirá traslado al Ministerio Público por el término de diez (10) días, sin retiro del expediente".
