Artículo sexto. Los miembros del Consejo Técnico Administrativa del Departamento Nacional de Agricultura, creado por Decreto número 579 del presente año, tendrán derecho a viáticos y a gastos de transporte cada vez que en desarrollo de sus funciones sea necesario su traslado del lugar de su residencia habitual.
