° El presente Decreto empezará á regir el día 1. ° de Febrero. Los haberes, correspondientes á los empleados y los demás á que él se refiere encomendados al Habilitado, serán girados por éste en el mes de Enero con la imputación respectiva, por nóminas mensuales debidamente discriminadas las que se refieren á sueldos, y por libranzas las que se refieren á material. Publíquese.
