El artículo 2° de la Ley 36 de 1937 se modifica en el sentido de que la partida destinada por el artículo anterior será girada al Gobernador de Cundinamarca, quien rendirá ante la Contraloría General de la Nación, la cuenta pormenorizada de gastos.
