ARTICULO 41. DE LA CESANTIA DE LOS DEUDORES DEL FONDO NACIONAL DE BIENESTAR SOCIAL. A los empleadores públicos y trabajadores oficiales que al retirarse del servicio no se hallen a paz y salvo con el Fondo Nacional de Bienestar Social, les será deducido del auxilio de cesantía la suma que corresponda al saldo pendiente. Tal deducción se autorizará en la respectiva libranza.
