Art. 21. El excedente sobre los $ 6,000 en referencia que ocasionen los gastos de instalación y sostenimiento del Colegio del Magdalena, de acuerdo con las prescripciones del presente Decreto, se cubrirá con el auxilio que vote el Gobierno del Departamento á favor del Instituto.
