A partir de la presente Ley estarán sometidas también al control de la Superintendencia Bancaria, las sociedades de financiación comercial que tengan por objeto realizar operaciones de compra de cartera (Factoring) o de arrendamiento financiero (Leasing). Dichas sociedades se organizarán en los términos de la Ley 45 de 1923 y las disposiciones que la modifiquen o reformen.
