En caso de que el notario avoque directamente el conocimiento de los Procedimientos de Insolvencia, será responsable por sus actuaciones como conciliador. Cuando el notario designe un conciliador de la lista que haya conformado para el efecto, este último responderá por las actuaciones que desarrolle en el trámite de insolvencia.
