Condiciones De Aplicación

Decreto 4947 de 2009 · por el cual se reglamenta el numeral 4 del artículo 38-1 de la Ley 397 de 1997, adicionado por el artículo 2° de la Ley 666 de 2001 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Condiciones de aplicación. La aplicación de los recursos de que trata el presente decreto está sujeta a las siguientes condiciones

El creador o gestor cultural debe estar acreditado como tal, de conformidad con las disposiciones que para tal fin establezca el Ministerio de Cultura.

El creador o gestor cultural debe estar afiliado al Régimen Subsidiado en la entidad territorial donde resida y que tenga creada la estampilla “Procultura”.

Parágrafo

La pérdida de la condición de creador o gestor cultural, implica a su vez la pérdida del beneficio de cofinanciación previsto en el presente decreto.
