ARTICULO 76 . RECLAMO POR EVALUACIÓN O CLASIFICACIÓN. El evaluado puede formular reclamo por desacuerdo con la evaluación o clasificación. En este caso argumenta por escrito ante el evaluador o el revisor, quienes pueden modificar o mantener su decisión. Si el desacuerdo se mantiene, el evaluado dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes interpone reclamo escrito ante la respectiva junta clasificadora, la que falla definitivamente.
