Destinación del recaudo de la tasa . De conformidad con el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 89 de la Ley 812 de 2003, los recursos provenientes de la aplicación del artículo 43 de la Ley 99 de 1993, se destinarán a la protección y recuperación del recurso hídrico de conformidad con el respectivo Plan de Ordenamiento y Manejo de la Cuenca.
