°. Operador de Servicio Portador. Se entiende por operador del Servicio Portador, la persona jurídica autorizada, responsable de la gestión de los servicios de telecomunicaciones, que utilice y explote el Servicio Portador en virtud de licencia, otorgada por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones en los términos y condiciones señaladas por el presente decreto.
