° Cualquier persona puede denunciar ante el respectivo Alcalde el hecho de que aparezcan avisos e informaciones sobre el ejercicio de la profesión de la Ingeniería o de la Arquitectura, por parte de quien no tenga la correspondiente matrícula expedida de acuerdo con la ley que se reglamenta. A la denuncia debe acompañarse certificación expedida por el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura de que la persona denunciada no aparece matriculada, certificación que estará exenta del impuesto de timbre nacional, expedida con este específico fin de acompañar a la denuncia.
