Los miembros de los cuerpos colegiados que por la presente ley se establecen y de los que se establezcan por estatutos, así se llamen representantes o delegados, están obligados a actuar en beneficio de toda la universidad y en función exclusiva del bienestar y progreso de la misma en consonancia con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 209 de la Constitución Nacional.
