º Los Comités DRI podrán deliberar cuando se hallen reunidos la mitad más uno de sus miembros debiendo estar representadas la administración, las entidades ejecutoras y la Andri. En la vereda o municipio donde no haya Andri, la representación de las comunidades rurales la tendrá la persona que la Asociación Andri Departamental señale.
