Los procedimientos de constitución, saneamiento y ampliación de resguardos indígenas que se hallen en curso al momento de entrar a regir el presente Decreto, se culminarán con base en los estudios ya realizados por el Incora, previa complementación de los mismos si a ello hubiere lugar.
