Suprímese el Municipio de San Andrés. Los bienes, rentas, derechos y obligaciones de éste serán de propiedad y cargo de la Intendencia Especial.

Parágrafo 1

o. En la Isla de San Andrés funcionará un Juzgado Promiscuo Territorial, con la misma competencia y atribuciones señaladas para los Juzgados Promiscuos Municipales.

Parágrafo 2

o. Créase en la Isla de San Andrés una Fiscalía Promiscua ante el Juzgado Promiscuo Territorial y de Circuito, que además desempeñará las funciones de agente del Ministerio Público atribuídas a los Personeros Municipales.
