La Secretaría Técnica tendrá la función de preparar y ejecutar las acciones de apoyo que la Comisión requiere y estará formada por: - El Viceministro de Educación Nacional. - El Director del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística. - El Secretario Técnico del Consejo Gremial Nacional. - Un Representante del Sector Laboral designado por los Presidentes de las Organizaciones Sindicales a que se refiere el artículo 3º del presente Decreto. - Un Asesor del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público. - Un Asesor del Ministro de Desarrollo Económico. - Un Asesor de la Consejería Presidencial para la Economía y la Competitividad.
