°. Criterios y cuantía. Teniendo en cuenta la especial responsabilidad y la delicada misión inherente al cuerpo especial de custodia y vigilancia de los centros y pabellones carcelarios de máxima seguridad de la Dirección General de Prisiones del Ministerio de Justicia, establécese, para los empleos que conformen dicho cuerpo, una prima técnica mensual equivalente al ciento por ciento (100%) de la asignación básica que corresponde al cargo del cual se sea titular, la que se reconocerá hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1991. A partir del 1 de enero de 1992 la prima a que se refiere el inciso anterior será equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%).
