Todas las entidades responsables para la aplicación de los análisis de vulnerabilidad deberán participar en las labores de planeamiento de las operaciones de emergencia en sus respectivas comunidades. Además, deberán participar todas las entidades que puedan albergar grupos de personas, a criterio del Comité de Emergencia respectivo.

Parágrafo

Para los efectos de este artículo se tendrán en cuenta principalmente hospitales, escuelas, colegios, teatros, iglesias, unidades deportivas, sitios de recreación masiva, almacenes, depósitos y similares.
