Articulo 7° Las acciones de la Compañía se dividirán en cuatro series, en razón de sus suscriptores, asi: Serie "A", para el Gobierno Nacional. Serie "B", para el Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles y demás entidades oficiales. Serie "C", para la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros y demás entidades semioficiales. Serie "D", para las entidades privadas que determine la Junta Directiva.
