º DE LA SUJECION DE LAS CONVENCIONES COLECTIVAS AL SISTEMA DE CLASIFICACION Y REMUNERACION VIGENTES. Las convenciones colectivas que el Instituto de Seguros Sociales celebre con los funcionarios de Seguridad Social para modificar las asignaciones básicas de sus cargos deberán respetar tanto el sistema de clasificación de empleos vigente y sus relaciones entre denominación, clases y grados, como la cantidad de índices señalados en la escala de que trata el artículo 1º del presente Decreto.
