Facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para que establezca la Colonia Penal y Agrícola del Meta, en un sitio distinto del actual Municipio de Restrepo, pero siempre dentro de la misma Intendencia del Meta y con el fin que le asigna el artículo 13 de la Ley 60 de 1918 .
