Art. 9º Esta elegirá cada año por mayoría absoluta de votos, uno de sus miembros para Presidente y otro para Vicepresidente, quien suplirá al Presidente en las faltas temporales. En caso de falta absoluta, la Oficina hará nuevo nombramiento de Presidente.
