Para todos los efectos de este decreto, los tenedores de Recibos de Inversión Provisional de los “Bonos para desarrollo social y seguridad interna (BDSI)” deberán previamente sustituirlos por los respectivos “Bonos para desarrollo social interna (BDSI)”, en las oficinas de los Bancos Cafetero, del Estado y Popular, donde efectuaron la suscripción.
