Los testigos que se hallen en el Municipio donde se sigue el proceso serán examinados por el funcionario de instrucción o juez correspondiente en su despacho, si no se hallaren físicamente impedidos. Si se hallaren impedidos físicamente, serán examinados en sus habitaciones por el mismo funcionario o juez.
