Los funcionarios de que tratan los artículos anteriores, que recibieren dinero o dádivas, ofrecidas en consideración a su cargo, por personas que tengan algún asunto pendiente en su respectivo despacho, incurren en la interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas de uno a seis años.
