DECLARATORIA DE NULIDAD DE LA ELECCION: Una vez que quede en firme la declaratoria de nulidad de la elección de un alcalde por parte de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa, quedará sin efecto la credencial que lo acreditaba como tal, y el Presidente de la República, en el caso del Distrito Capital de Santafé de Bogotá y los gobernadores, en los demás casos, dispondrán las medidas necesarias para hacer efectiva dicha decisión.
