Destino de los objetos decomisados . Los objetos decomisados deberán ser destruidos por la autoridad sanitaria que lo realiza o destinados a una entidad sin ánimo de lucro, diligencia de la cual se levantará acta donde conste la cantidad y característica de los mismos.
