Artículo transitorio. Los Superintendentes Delegados de Acueducto, Alcantarillado y Aseo, y de Energía y Gas Combustible continuarán conociendo de los recursos de apelación interpuestos por los usuarios que hayan sido recibidos por la Superintendencia hasta la fecha de entrada en vigencia de este decreto. La Secretaría General continuará con el trámite de notificación de todos los actos administrativos de la entidad que hayan sido expedidos por la Superintendencia antes de la fecha de entrada en vigencia de este decreto.
