Artículo único. Adscríbense al Administrador de la Aduana de Puerto Carreño, las funciones de Administrador de Hacienda Nacional en la Comisaria Especial del Vichada. Dicho Administrador asegurará el manejo de las nuevas funciones que se le adscriben, de acuerdo con lo que disponga la Contraloría General de la República. Comuníquese y publíquese.
