La sal de producción nacional será aforada en los ferrocarriles del Estado y que éste administre directamente en la clase mas baja de la tarifa, debiendo hacer el Gobierno las gestiones conducentes para que igual aforo se haga en los ferrocarriles cuyas tarifas deben ser aprobadas por el mismo.
