El auxilio de que trata el artículo 1o. de la presente Ley, será incluido por cuotas de ochenta mil pesos ($80.000.00) moneda corriente, en los presupuestos Nacionales de 1959 y 1960. En caso de que no fueren incluidas esas partidas en todo o en parte, queda el Gobierno facultado para hacer las traslaciones correspondientes en orden a la efectividad del auxilio.
