El liquidador designado por medio del Decreto 0767 del 15 de julio de 2026, deberá realizar un informe de su gestión y hacer entrega mediante acta de los bienes, archivos, expedientes, procesos judiciales, contratos, planta de personal, recursos financieros y demás asuntos a su cargo, de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias aplicables.
