Art. 1.° Prorógase hasta el 20 de Julio de 1882 el plazo fijado para el concurso quo tiene por tema el estudio analítico del desarrollo del Derecho constitucional en Colombia desde 1810 hasta nuestros dias; y en atención á la importancia del asunto y del trabajo que sobre él versa y que sea considerado como digno del premio, elevase éste á la suma de quinientos pesos.
